What is OnboardKit and who is it for? >
OnboardKit is an AI-powered iOS app designed for freelancers, agencies and consultants who want to onboard clients faster and more professionally. It helps you generate first messages, analyze client intent, collect project data via a structured form, and produce a complete AI project brief - all from your iPhone.
How does the in-app purchase work? >
OnboardKit is free to download. You get 3 free uses of the AI message generator and reply analyzer. To unlock unlimited access, you make a one-time in-app purchase of EUR5.99 through the App Store. This is a lifetime unlock - no subscriptions, no recurring charges.
Can I restore my purchase on a new device? >
Yes. Your Pro unlock is tied to your Apple ID. On any new device or after reinstalling the app, go to Settings > Restore Purchases to re-activate your Pro access at no extra cost.
Does OnboardKit require an internet connection? >
The AI features (message generation, intent analysis, brief builder) require an active internet connection as they call our AI engine. Your saved client data and briefs are stored locally on your device and accessible offline.
What AI model powers OnboardKit? >
OnboardKit uses state-of-the-art language models to power its 5 AI modules: the message generator, intent analyzer, tone engine, notes structurer, and brief builder. The AI is fine-tuned specifically for client communication and onboarding contexts.
Is my client data private and secure? >
Yes. All client data is stored locally on your device using Core Data. Data is never sold to third parties. When you send an onboarding form link to a client, their responses are processed to generate your brief and then stored only on your device. See our full Privacy Policy below.
How do I contact support? >
Email us at support@avicut.pt and we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please include your device model, iOS version, and a description of the issue for the fastest response.
When will Avic AI and CEOprofit be available? >
Avic AI and CEOprofit are currently in development at Avicut. To be notified when they launch, send us an email at support@avicut.pt with "Notify Me" in the subject line, or follow us on social media for updates.

This policy applies to all Avicut iOS applications, including OnboardKit.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is provided by Avicut, a Digital Tech Studio based in Portugal, operating the domain avicut.pt and publishing iOS applications including OnboardKit on the Apple App Store.

2. Data We Collect

OnboardKit is designed with privacy first. The majority of your data stays on your device and is never transmitted to Avicut servers.
  • Client data you enter: Names, project types, statuses, onboarding form responses - stored locally on your device (Core Data / UserDefaults). Never sent to Avicut.
  • AI processing data: When you use AI features, anonymised text inputs are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. These requests do not include your name, email or device identifiers.
  • Purchase data: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit 2. Avicut does not receive or store your payment details.
  • Analytics (optional): We may collect anonymised usage analytics (feature usage frequency, crash reports) to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included.
  • Local notifications: If you enable payment reminders (Pro feature), the app schedules local notifications on your device. No notification data is transmitted externally.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the core features of the app
  • To power AI features (message generation, intent analysis, brief builder)
  • To diagnose technical issues and improve app stability
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

4. Third-Party Services

  • Apple App Store / StoreKit: Manages all in-app purchases. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
  • AI Engine (OpenAI / Anthropic): Processes anonymised text for AI features. Data processed under their respective data processing agreements.
  • Analytics: We may use Mixpanel or Amplitude for anonymised usage analytics. No personal data is linked to analytics events.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

All client data stored locally on your device can be deleted at any time by deleting the app. Avicut does not maintain copies of your client data on any server. To request deletion of any data associated with your account, email support@avicut.pt.

6. Children's Privacy

Avicut apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@avicut.pt.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a company operating in Portugal (EU), we respect your GDPR rights. You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data
  • Data portability

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@avicut.pt. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect any data we handle. Data transmitted for AI processing is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your local device data is protected by your iOS device security (Face ID, passcode).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our apps after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the new policy. For significant changes, we will notify users through the app or App Store update notes.
