1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is provided by Avicut, a Digital Tech Studio based in Portugal, operating the domain avicut.pt and publishing iOS applications including OnboardKit on the Apple App Store. Contact: support@avicut.pt.

2. Data We Collect

OnboardKit is designed with privacy first. The majority of your data stays on your device and is not transmitted to Avicut servers.

Client data you enter, such as names, project types, statuses, and onboarding responses, is stored locally on your device.
AI processing data may be sent to our AI provider when you use AI features.
Purchase data is processed by Apple via StoreKit. Avicut does not receive or store payment card details.
Anonymous analytics or crash reports may be used to improve the app.
Local notifications, if enabled, are scheduled on your device.

3. How We Use Data

To provide and improve app features.
To power AI features such as message generation, intent analysis, and brief building.
To diagnose technical issues and improve app stability.
We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store and StoreKit process purchases.
AI providers process text submitted to AI features.
Analytics or crash-reporting services may process anonymous technical events.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local client data can be deleted by deleting the app or removing records inside the app where available. To request deletion of any data associated with a support interaction, email support@avicut.pt.

6. Children's Privacy

Avicut apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. GDPR Rights

As an EU-based operator, we respect GDPR rights including access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability where applicable. Contact support@avicut.pt.

8. Security

Data transmitted for AI processing is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Local device data is protected by iOS device security.
