1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using OnboardKit or another Avicut iOS app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. App Store Terms

Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download, purchases, refunds, and use of Apple services are also governed by Apple Media Services terms and applicable App Store rules.

3. License

Avicut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business productivity purposes, subject to these terms.

4. In-App Purchases

Paid features, including OnboardKit Pro, are purchased through Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store or inside the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. AI Features

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated messages, project briefs, or recommendations before using them with clients.

6. User Responsibilities

Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Do not upload confidential information to AI features unless you are authorised to do so.
Do not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features. Internet-based AI features may be unavailable during maintenance or third-party service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer

The apps are provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avicut disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation.
